About the event

 Take a virtual 10 week journey to healthier habits guided by a nutrition, fitness and wellness expert. (Read more about Lakawell below.)  Each session will be interactive. Have pen and paper (journal) available to write on, or feel free to type on your computer during the session. After being given succinct information on evidenced based strategies, you'll be given the opportunity to problem solve, set your personal goals and maintain accountabiliity through follow up. A member only forum has been created for this series where you will be able to interact with other participants and ask questions at www.lakawell.com. Although registering for all weeks is encouraged, you are welcome to join for any individual session that you'd like. You will receive a Zoom meeting link prior to the session.
